Post her EP Welcome to the Winter, British artist Raye is back with a stunning rework of Kendrick Lamar’s “Sing About Me.” And after last night’s historical Grammy Awards performance, there couldn’t be a better time to celebrate all things King Kendrick and the power of music.

If you’re a Kendrick fan then you’ll notice that Raye has reworked the verses and her brutal honesty in her lyrics is something we don’t often hear from new music artists as she sings, “What if my label lets me go coz they don’t get the vision, what if I don’t make radio coz there’s too much precision.”

We love the track. We love Kendrick. We love Raye.
