Daisy Nokes is an incredible Energy Healer – or a Holistic Therapist as some may refer to it. Daisy practices Vortex Healing® Energy Therapy (which is what I did), Reiki, Swedish Massage and is a clinically trained Counsellor (BACP). She came highly recommended by fellow ‘My Triber’ Leila Sadaghee at a time when I was at my wits end with sleep disturbance issues, trying to attend meditation sessions with Leila, fitness classes with Louisa but wasn’t quite getting to where I wanted to be. My time with Daisy allowed me to be calm and re-focused before eventually going to see Jacqui.

Energy Therapy is often explained as a way of activating the body’s subtle energy systems to remove blocks. Daisy does this by breaking through these energetic blocks. As a result the body’s ability to heal itself is stimulated and results can be seen. She also deals with past life regression and breaking those cords of attachment too… And yep I’m totally aware that it may all sound like jargon and hippy dippy stuff, but for me, if mind over matter works, then there was absolutely harm in my time spent with Daisy. I often fell asleep or in to a trance like state so couldn’t tell you too much of what was going on during my sessions so I’ll be sure to get a Q&A up on our newly launched SIDE NOTES so that I can give you a little more insight in to the whole process.

If you’ve never tried Energy Therapy or are looking for an alternative method of healing to your regular kind, whatever that may be, Daisy really is fantastic. You can learn more about her and get in contact via her website
