Jacqueline Hurst is a Life Coach, Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practioner and quite easily one of the best and most badass people I’ve ever met.

I first went to see Jacqui when I was having a complete mental block and we did a course of hypnotherapy that worked wonders and gave me brand new ways to think and deal with certain obstacles.

This year I went back to Jaqui after having severe sleep disturbance that was linked with anxiety. Eight sessions later – with no hypnotherapy this time but instead focusing on Life Coaching – I was amazed at what we discovered and were able to put in to place.

When I first went for ‘therapy’ five years ago it was still such a taboo topic. Jacqui refers to our time as ‘work’ and it’s so accurate. We work out. We go to work. So why not ‘work’ on our mental health, on strengthening the mind and our thoughts as much as we can? It’s a no brainer really. No pun intended. If I could book a session with Jaqcui once a week – I would in a heartbeat.

I first created ACCESS FASHION with a focus on designer interviews and shoots, and on why I saw specific luxury fashion brands as worthwhile investments, but part of launching the ‘Sabina Hearts’ section is because I believe that we are all capable of having a luxury state of mind too. We all deserve that. And mental health, training your brain, mindfulness and putting the ‘you’ work in – is way more important than anything else.
